La Capinera
Questa piccola e carinissima casa, è stata ricavata dalla completa ristrutturazione di un
fienile. Nel restauro sono state conservate le caratteristiche originarie: pavimenti in cotto,
travi a vista e il tipico mandorlato dei fienili toscani. La villetta è dotata di confort moderni,
come lavastoviglie, lavatrice, aria condizionata nelle camere, sistema hi-fi, TV satellitare,
lettore DVD e wi-fi.
La casa, circondata da un caratteristico e curatissimo giardino con piante mediterrane
ed ulivi e prato all'inglese è completamente recintato, rendendolo sicuro per i bambini e
gli animali ospiti.
Vi è una grande piscina di acqua salata (12x6 mt), adatta per nuotare, e prendere il sole
sulle confortevoli sdraie e lettini.
This charming, small house, was recently completely restored and equipped with all
modern facilities, including air conditioning in the bedrooms, hi-fi system, fax machine,
wi-fi connection and satellite TV. It is located in a very quiet position 3 kms away from the
village of Montopoli, in a particularly beautiful and, as yet, undiscovered area.
The house is surrounded by a very large and well maintained flat garden, where an unusually big
pool for such a small house is situated.
It has a salted water filter system that avoids the use of chlorine.
The garden is fenced all around, making it very safe for children, and
there is also a children’s play area.
To one side of the house is a covered terrace, furnished for outdoor dining.
The property is an ideal holiday base for a small family, wanting a holiday in complete peace and privacy.

L'arredamento comprende per la maggior parte mobili antichi. La cucina è ben fornita di stoviglie e vari utensili. In salotto vi è un caminetto in stile.

The decor includes for most antique furniture. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. In the living room there is a fireplace in style.
